How to make 実 Chocolate
First we ferment and then dry the cacao beans.
Next we roast the beans and remove their husks.
Then we mix the roasted the cacao beans with cocoa butter and sugar, and blend them until smooth.
After this we temper the freshly made chocolate mixture and put it into molds.
Now we have our bars of Mi chocolate.
The final step is turning our chocolate into specially designed chocolaty sweets for you.
